Catalyst and 440 South Church Street are part of a mixed-use project located between First Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in the center of the Charlotte business community. 440 South Church Street is a LEED® Gold 15-story Class “A” office tower. Catalyst includes 462 residential units in a 513,000-SF, 27-story tower. Both towers engage the urban streetscape with retail and cafes with outdoor seating. The project is also supported by a 1,000-space parking deck.
