This five-star, 430-key resort hotel is located near the historic Rose Hall Plantation and reflects its colonial architectural heritage. The 410,000-SF facility features a club lounge, a 110-seat seafood restaurant, a poolside café, retail areas, a spa / fitness center, a beauty salon, and a swimming pool and tennis center set within native tropical landscaping. The resort is situated near two 18-hole golf courses and is planned to include an additional 27-hole championship golf course. Public areas of the hotel also include a main lobby designed in a Jamaican colonial style; a 11,500-SF ballroom / terrace and a 6,500-SF covered exterior function pavilion.
