878 Peachtree Apartment Lofts
This two-phased project involved the renovation of a 1951 office building into apartment lofts, 210 tenant units and parking for 250-cars. The first phase included demolition of all floors and the design of a basement parking area, a lobby, a courtyard, and 105 residential loft units. The tenant corridors and lobby have been renovated to raise ceiling heights and provide a loftlike, minimalist urban environment. Building features include security enhancements, a heated swimming pool and a health / fitness center. A second phase will include completion of remaining tenant units, second-tier parking, a rooftop observation deck, and indoor pool.
