The Streets of Buckhead
Atlanta, Georgia
The Streets of Buckhead is an urban renewal project incorporating seven blocks of formerly derelict storefronts in the historic commercial center of Atlanta’s upscale Buckhead district. The new plan calls for demolition of the existing buildings and replacing them with vertically stacked, mixed-use buildings with street-level retail throughout. The design of the new buildings will recall the vibrant history of the area while creating state-of-the-art spaces for today’s market. Project highlights include a 345,800-SF hotel, 339,400-SF of retail space, 27,300-SF of office space, and 947,600-SFof high-rise residential space.
